Can I run small group classes with a set number of spots?
Yes. A class can take a set number of bookings per hour, such as six on the reformers, and stops taking bookings when it's full. Private sessions are booked as appointments with the teacher.
Does it show a weekly class timetable with spots left?
Not yet. Students pick a session, a teacher and an open time. If your studio runs on a full weekly timetable, FreshBookings isn't the right fit today.
Can I sell class packs and private packs?
Yes. Prepaid packages bundle sessions at one price, valid for the number of days you choose, and are redeemed against each booking. Punch cards (buy 9, get the 10th free) and coupons for intro offers work too.
Do you do memberships or unlimited plans?
Not yet. Class packs, punch cards and coupons work today.
Is there a waitlist for full classes?
Not yet. When a class is full, the AI receptionist can take the student's name and number and pass it to you as a lead.
What do you do about late cancels and no-shows?
Reminders go out a day and an hour before, and a cancellation window means clients can't cancel late online. You can take a deposit when they book, kept if they cancel late or don't show, or ask flagged students, or everyone, to save a card. Mark a no-show and the no-show fee is charged to the card, with any deposit counted towards it. You can still block a repeat offender.
Can students pay online when they book or buy a pack?
Deposits and a saved card for no-shows, yes; buying packs online, not yet. A deposit is a fixed amount or a % of the booking, paid by card through your own Stripe account, and it comes off their bill. Other payments are recorded on the invoice, and packs are sold from the student's page. How deposits and no-show fees work.
Can students sign a waiver when they book?
Not yet. You can add your own questions to the booking form, such as injuries, pregnancy or experience, and the answers are kept on the student's record.
Can my weekly private clients keep the same time?
Yes. Book a recurring session every 1 to 12 weeks, up to 26 at once, with clashes shown before they're booked.
Does the AI receptionist answer my phone or Instagram DMs?
No. It's a chat on your website that answers questions about your sessions, prices, packs and policies, and books sessions the student confirms with a tap. Calls and DMs still come to you.
