A booking widget for your website. No login needed.
Paste two lines and this booking widget for your website appears right inside your page. Customers pick a service, a person and a time, with no app or account.
- Sits inside your page: no popup, no "Book now" link away
- Works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and any site that takes HTML
- Take a deposit or save a card as they book
A few quick steps
for your customer.
This is what your customers see. Click through it: it takes about thirty seconds, and nobody has to sign up.
What's your hair type? *
Curly ▾You're booked, Maya!
We'll remind you the day before and an hour before.
A preview with sample data. Nothing is booked.
Small on your page.
Does a lot behind it.
An appointment booking widget that knows your services, your team and your week.
Sits inside your page
No popup and no "Book now" link to somewhere else. It resizes to fit, and one page can hold several forms.
No login for customers
No account and no password. Returning customers are recognised by their phone number.
Your own questions
Text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select or yes/no, and you choose which ones are required.
Only times that work
Built from each person's hours, time off, your holidays and the buffer time after each service.
Approve first, if you like
Send online bookings to a Requests list to accept or decline. Customers are told either way.
Know where bookings come from
Each booking records its UTM tags, the site that sent it and the device. Your site gets a "booked" event for conversion tracking.
Looks like your business
Your logo, a colour theme and your social links. Prices show tax the way you charge it, and customers get a calendar invite.
For mobile businesses too
Customers outside the postal codes you cover are told before they book, and only staff working their area are offered.
Deposits and card on file
Ask for a deposit (a fixed amount or a %) or a saved card, through your own Stripe. The time is held 30 minutes while they pay. More on deposits
Plus referral credit customers can spend as they book, a built-in spam trap, and a "Try it" preview in settings before you go live.
Two lines of code.
That's the whole install.
Copy it from your settings and paste it where you want bookings to happen. Try it first with the preview, and switch the form off any time.

A booking is only
the beginning.
Every booking from your website goes straight into the same calendar, and the rest happens on its own.
Keep customers
on your own website.
Most booking tools send people somewhere else to book. An online booking widget keeps them with you.

About the booking widget.
Straight answers, including what it doesn't do yet.
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. They book right on your website with no login. Returning customers are recognised by their phone number, so their history stays together.
Will it work with my website?
If you can paste HTML into a page, yes. That includes a Custom HTML block in WordPress, a Code block in Squarespace and an Embed code element in Wix. The form sits inside the page and resizes to fit.
Can customers pay or leave a deposit when they book?
Yes, a deposit. Ask for a fixed amount or a percentage of the booking, or for a saved card. They pay through your own Stripe account, their time is held for 30 minutes, and the deposit comes off the bill. If they cancel in time, it's refunded automatically. The rest of the bill is paid at the visit. How deposits work
Can I check bookings before they're confirmed?
Yes. Turn on approval and online bookings go to a Requests list. Accept or decline each one, and the customer is told straight away either way.
Can I put more than one form on my site?
Yes. A page can hold several forms, and you can paste the form on as many pages as you like.
How do I know which ads bring in bookings?
Every booking records its UTM tags, the site that sent it and the device. The Attribution report shows bookings and revenue by source and campaign, and your website gets a "booked" event to use for conversion tracking.
