Does FreshBookings pay my staff?
No. Payroll is a report: it works out hours, commission and tips per person, with a per-booking breakdown. You pay your team however you do today.
How is commission worked out?
Each person has their own commission rate. It's applied to every visit they complete, and the rate is locked at that moment, so later changes don't rewrite past pay.
Can staff clock in from their phone?
Yes. FreshBookings installs like an app on phones and computers, and the time clock shows who's in right now. Owners and admins can correct entries.
What can each role do?
Staff see only their own calendar and customers. Owners and Admins can add, change or remove team members, and only an Owner can make someone else an Owner.
Can I set different prices for different staff?
