Cookie policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies FreshBookings, Inc. uses on the FreshBookings website and app, and how you can control them. For how we handle personal data in general, see our privacy policy.
3. Analytics providers
- Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- PostHog is provided by PostHog, Inc. Read its privacy policy at posthog.com/privacy.
4. On a business's own website
When a business adds the FreshBookings booking form to its own website, the form uses only the strictly necessary storage it needs to take a booking. Any other cookies on that website belong to the business, and its own cookie policy covers them.
5. Your choices
- On our site: where we ask for consent, analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them. To change your choice, clear the cookies for our site and you’ll be asked again on your next visit.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you logging in to the app.
- Google Analytics: you can opt out on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
