How do service areas work?
You list the postal codes you cover, grouped into areas, and assign each staff member to areas by day of the week. Your booking form checks the customer's postal code before they book.
What happens if a customer is outside my area?
They're told before they book, so you never have to turn down a booking that's already been made.
Does it plan routes or travel time?
No. FreshBookings doesn't plan routes or add travel time between visits. Use buffer time after each service to leave room for the drive.
