Is it priced per staff member?
No. Solo is for one person. Team covers everyone at your location for one yearly price, whether you have two staff or fifteen.
Are some features only on the Team plan?
No. Both plans include every feature: online booking, the AI receptionist, deposits and no-show fees, reminders, invoicing, loyalty and reports. Team adds staff, and the team tools that come with them.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try FreshBookings free for 14 days, with every feature, before you pay for a year.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. FreshBookings is billed once a year: $199 for Solo, or $399 for Team.
What else will I pay for?
Nothing else to us. Texts, WhatsApp and the AI receptionist run on your own accounts, so Twilio, Meta and your AI provider bill you directly for what you use. Deposits and no-show fees go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its card fees. Email is included.
Do you charge fees on new clients or bookings?
No. Customers book on your own website, so there's no marketplace and no fee for clients you bring in yourself.
Does it cover more than one location?
No. Each plan is for one location. FreshBookings is built for businesses with a single location.
